Healthy doesn’t have to be hard!!!


Here is a healthy and easy meal-prep idea for the whole family!


There are times we all rush! This is the most dangerous to sabotage our health with fast food!


You can prepare this easy and healthy recipe for those in the rush mornings, or it is a great snack for your teens after school!


It’s great because it’s so easy that my teenager son can heat it up and fill his stomach with something nutritious and healthy!

Of course, for him I add a little cheese and a little Hungarian spicy salami!!

They can prepare it very easily, all they have to do is throw it on the grill!!


Steps:

  1. Whisk eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper (if desired).

  2. Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat, pour the eggs and cover the pan with a lid.

  3. Once the omelette is cooked through, flip it once and cook for another 30 seconds.

  4. Place the omelette on a whole-grain tortilla.

  5. Add your favorite veggies or toppings (e.g., sliced avocado, bell pepper, cherry tomato).

  6. Roll up the tortilla and wrap it in baking paper or aluminum foil.

  7. Store it in the fridge for up to two days.

  8. When you're in a hurry in the morning, simply heat it up on a grill or in a pan for a few minutes until warm.
