  • 3 cups Strawberries (stems removed)

  • 2 tbsps Mint Leaves

  • 2 tsps Maple Syrup

  • 16 Ice Cubes

  • 1/4 cup Water


Instructions: Blend all ingredients until smooth. Enjoy immediately.

Add a splash of lime for a zesty twist!



Ginger Lemonade with Aloe (1 serving)

Ginger Lemonade with Aloe

Great for digestion and inflammation.


  • 1 fl oz Pure Aloe Juice

  • 2 tbsps Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)

  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup

  • 1 tsp Ginger (peeled and finely grated)

  • 1 cup Water
