2. Contemplation:
Being aware of an issue.
People want to change, but they get stuck here.
3. Preparation:
This is a big deal. Some people skip this step, they start action without preparation. They don’t build a foundation, they drive fails.

4. Action:
Behaviour practice, most difficult step= easy relapse
Setting goals + starting to take action
Breaking emotional addiction to food
Emotions surface
Questioning if I have what it takes
Naysayers, inner struggles
6 months is a must to change belief
SUPPORT IS THE KEY HERE!!!!
5. Maintenance:
You walk the talk. You think different. You are different.
People (even who didn’t support you) start complimenting you and ask you how you did it.
